MIG Real Estate is a technology-forward real estate investment firm and brokerage specializing in Multifamily & Commercial property management, leasing, and maintenance. Based in the Ironbound community of Newark, NJ, we've been actively investing in the city of Newark and Northern New Jersey since 2014. As investors ourselves, we understand the challenges and opportunities of the market, which allows us to deliver a unique, investor-focused approach to property management and brokerage services.

We expanded our services in 2016 to include property management and launched our full-service brokerage in 2020 to provide comprehensive support for real estate investors, owners, and developers throughout Northern New Jersey.  Today, we partner with developers from acquisition through stabilization, providing local market expertise, brokerage, property management, and development consulting under one roof. As an approved Administrative Agent, we guide developers through New Jersey's affordable housing compliance requirements, administer affordable housing programs, and oversee the ongoing regulatory obligations that accompany mixed-income developments.

We also help developers navigate Newark's construction workforce compliance requirements by managing the documentation, reporting, and administrative processes necessary to satisfy the City's minority workforce and Newark resident hiring goals. Our team works alongside developers to streamline compliance, reduce administrative burden, and keep projects moving efficiently.
